80% of our stock control requirements are handled by the Xero accounting package. “Inventory” in Xero parlance.
Our needs are modest. We use Xero for our accounts and customer billing. There are many advantages to using the integrated stock control features, sorry Inventory, features.
But Xero does not quite do everything we need.
Wise Eyes met both these needs at a stroke. Their amazing “driver” accesses our Xero account, which is a SaaS, as if it were a local database. Now we write standard SQL to get exactly the information we want.
Secondly by using the SaaS version of Wise Eyes our staff and our agents can login wherever they have an internet connection, and access only what we want them to.
Implementation was so quick
What really impressed us was how quick and easy implementation was. It helped that we already knew exactly what we wanted – our scheduling Excel as a report.
We installed Wise Eyes Designer and our techie wrote the SQL. Then created logins for our staff and agents, and sent each an e-mail with the Wise Eyes URL. We purchased Wise Eyes on Wednesday and sent the e-mails out on Thursday
